秋のさかりもの

その季節にしかいただけない野菜があります。
当たり前のようですが、もっと奥深いところにその意味があったりするのです。
根と果実、茎と葉、ひとつとして同じ色のないところ、紅、緑、白、黄、トゲとひげ。
小さな野菜たちの中にも、見逃したくない季節が流れています。
そんな古来種野菜を、その物語をご紹介したいと思っています。

古来種野菜を広めるため、その種を守るために語り繋げるトークイベントや移動八百屋を展開。生産者と消費者を繋げる多角的な取り組みを行なっています。「生命力のある野菜を頂いている」と感じると、土との距離が近くなり、四季折々の私たちの暮らしが豊かになる。そのライフスタイルまで語り継ぐことができる八百屋を目指しています。

Autumn harvest

There are vegetables that are only available in their season.
It may seem obvious, but there is a deeper meaning behind them.
Roots and fruits, stems and leaves, no two vegetables are the same color, red, green, white, yellow, spines and whiskers.
Even in the small vegetables, there are seasons that you don’t want to miss.
We would like to introduce these ancient vegetables and their stories.

In order to spread the use of ancient vegetables and to protect their seeds, we are holding talk events and running a mobile vegetable shop.
We are engaged in multifaceted efforts to connect producers and consumers.

When we feel that we are receiving vegetables with vitality, we become closer to the soil, and our lives become richer from season to season. We aim to be a greengrocer that can even tell the story of such a lifestyle.
